1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the fb11 platform and all related services. By creating an account on fb11 or using the platform, you automatically accept these Terms in full.

• An active, personal mobile number must be used.
• The email address must be valid and active.
• The National ID or passport number must be correct.

2.4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to fb11 immediately. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Verification

fb11 may initiate an account verification process at any time, especially before deposits or withdrawals. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill or bank statement.
• Information required to verify ownership of the payment method.

fb11 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete. If any submitted documents are found to be false or fraudulent, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be seized.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Only the following payment methods are accepted on the fb11 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited, and in such cases fb11 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account from which the deposit was made.

4.3 Transaction Verification

fb11 reserves the right to verify any transaction and to temporarily suspend suspicious transactions during investigation. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the associated account and funds may be seized immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% match bonus is available on the first deposit of a new fb11 account, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds an extra ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), calculated on the bonus amount. Any winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering is completed.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• The bonus applies only once — each player will receive the welcome bonus one time only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

5.4 VIP Program

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.2 Technical Errors

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, fb11 will attempt to refund the bet amount. However, fb11 is not obligated to pay any false winnings displayed as a result of a technical error.

• Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in any game's software.
• Colluding with other players to violate fair play.

8. Responsible Gaming

You may request to close your account at any time through fb11 support. Subject to meeting all wagering requirements, any existing balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
